Do you need a molten cheese fix at breakfast? Well, now you can! At least temporarily. Casey’s Corner has been serving breakfast during Spring Break, so you can enjoy cheesy goodness when the park opens! Oh yeah, and did I mention TOTS? Behold – the Sausage Breakfast Dog ($8.49)!
This breakfast isn’t cheap, but it will fill you up. The bread alone is quite large (and a bit dry), and it’s not the standard roll one would receive during lunch.
The sausage is a standard breakfast link, and two are placed on the roll to compose the sandwich. It’s then topped with fluffy scrambled eggs, cheese sauce, and bacon.
And although the menus say the breakfast is served with French Fries (or Apple Slices), it actually is served with tater tots! Yum! Seriously, these should be served all the time.
I really enjoyed breakfast from Casey’s Corner, and would love to see the restaurant open for the meal on a regular basis. And who wouldn’t love to see tots on the regular menu?! If you have a chance to grab breakfast at Magic Kingdom, skip the cinnamon roll and walk across the street for something a little different from the park. Or just order both!

Oh, wow. Cheese sauce for breakfast! I could only get away with that in Disney World. Kind of makes me wish we were in the habit of going to Disney during peak season.
Hopefully they keep the breakfast option open here!
