The main pool bar at Saratoga Springs is On the Rocks. It’s a fun, simple play on both a cocktail as well as the theme of the pool it accompanies.
The bar isn’t very large, with only a handful of chairs at the bar itself and some seating shaded by umbrellas.
The pool bar menu features Disney poolside standards, but it is a bit smaller than some others, such as Muddy Rivers at Port Orleans Riverside.
The view of the main pool looks over to the resort’s Carriage House, which houses check-in and restaurants. The pool itself is flanked by faux rocks, one sections of which houses a slide.
On the Rocks is definitely more of a utilitarian pool bar, designed as a quick stop as opposed to a place to sit and relax. It fits the bill for a cocktail, but have your destination in mind once you’ve cashed out. Might I suggest the nearby arcade for some Galaga?
