We’re big fans of Phineas & Ferb here at Eating WDW, so we were very excited to spot some related treats in World Showcase!
At the Promenade refreshment stand, they’re offering up a Perry the Platypus Sugar Cookie Pop and Phineas & Ferb Raspberry Filled Cake!
The cake is pretty simple – white cake colored with dye with a thick, white frosting paired with raspberry jam in the middle, and more thick frosting on top with the decal applied to it.
The decals are put on as ordered, so it took a minute to be served.
The cake was a tad dry, and the frosting was very sweet. It’s a fun treat and we only ordered it for the novelty of it. Matt preferred the cake portion, while I enjoyed the frosting. The raspberry flavor of the jam was mild. We managed to eat almost the entire piece before falling into a sugar coma.
The Sugar Cookie Pop was enjoyed later in the evening, upon waking up from said sugar coma. Again, novelty totally sucked us in on this treat!
The cookie itself was unlike any sugar cookie I’ve ever had. It was very crumbly and was more reminiscent of corn bread in flavor more than a cookie.
It’s not something I’d order for myself again, but c’mon! Perry!
Have you tried either of these Phineas & Ferb/Perry the Platypus treats at Epcot?
