There has been a lot of press recently about the new Be Our Guest restaurant and the fact that it will be serving beer and wine. Naturally, there is a lot of controversy as to whether or not Walt is rolling over with the news. If you’re a purest regarding alcohol in Magic Kingdom, rest assured that Tortuga Tavern is still dry
It’s also where you can find a Non-Alcoholic Sangria!
This not-too-sweet, slightly sparkling, fruity beverage is topped with a skewer featuring a mandarin orange, lime, blueberry, and raspberry. There were also a few pieces of the fruit floating in the drink – some large raspberries were hiding beneath the skewer.
As I made my way to the bottom, two maraschino cherries appeared. Yum!
I really liked this beverage, and will certainly stop by to order it again, whether or not I order food as well. Once again, we have another great non-alcoholic, fun drink to enjoy in the parks!
If you’ve given the Non-Alcoholic Sangria from Tortuga Tavern a try, let us know what you thought of it!

I haven’t tried, but it seems like – because of the fruit – this could actually be a good snack option.
Oh wow, I almost never go in there but I think now I’ll have to make a stop!
I didn’t think they could make sangria without alcohol. LOL.
Especially now that they’ve taken away my two non-alcoholic drinks from Food & Wine Fest.
Ricardo – It certainly is! It’s just a touch more substantial than perhaps one of the frozen slush drinks.
Cherry – You should totally give it a try and let us know what you think! Sorry to hear that some of your F&W drinks are missing. One would think they would try to have more non-alcoholic options for both adult guests who don’t drink alcohol as well as children to get them more interested in trying new things.
Gotta say I love my sangria with some alcohol, but I could see how this is a nice refreshing drink. I do love all the fruit. It reminds me of when I used to get Shirley Temples when I was a kid. Wherever we used to go would give me plenty of cherries!
I love my wine in sangria too, but your analogy to a Shirley Temple is spot on! It was much nicer walking around while sipping my cup of “sangria” than a bottle of soda or water, and only around $1 more. Plus I loved the extra fruit added!
