If you find yourself thirsty at Food & Wine and are looking for a stiff drink, look no further than the Happy Lychee with Vodka from the China kiosk.
The sweet lychee flavor shines through, but you will taste the vodka. I certainly got my money’s worth with this drink.
I did use the squeeze of lime to help bring some tartness to the drink. The cocktail is certainly worth a look if you’re hopping on the line for some of the other tasty offerings from the kiosk.
