Boulangerie Patisserie recently made its makeover debut in Epcot’s France pavilion. I wanted to check it out and grab a quick bite, so here’s what it looks like now!
The queue area is quite large now, so no more squeezing in for space in a narrow area.
There is a big, open seating area, as well as a few standing-room high tops.
Guests can cheese from a variety of sandwiches, salads and desserts.
The cheese plate is now $9.25. You can see it on the far right below, and it appears the cheeses have changed.
I ordered a bowl of the Bisque de Homard (Lobster Bisque). There was a lobster flavor to it, but it certainly would have benefited from some pieces of lobster for both flavor and texture. The portion size was fair for the price, and it’s also a snack credit for those on the Dining Plan.
I’m glad that Boulangerie Patisserie is back. It’s a great spot for a light snack, and the new space is so much brighter and easily accessible. I look forward to many more snacking occasions here!

I’m so glad it is bigger now. Several times I simply decided to walk away because 1) the line was long and 2) there wouldn’t be places to sit and eat. Planning to get a tarte aux fraises next week!
Just missed it as we were there in mid-December. It looks amazing, so bright and open. We love the food there and cannot wait to eat there again!
Ricardo – Apart from the line being long, it was easy to get claustrophobic in the small space!
Rosemary – I hope your next trip comes soon! At least it will be around for a while!
We are going to Epcot in Saturday specifically to get some snacks from this place. If the pics are any indication, it should be pretty awesome
David – I would have loved to have ordered more items to try, but I was flying solo and had a lot on my food agenda!
I can’t wait to go back with Matt. It’s so much more efficient now.
I tend to lean towards sandwiches, so I will let you know what we tried.
They look tasty, and I used to pick up their baguettes to bring home. Need to do that again soon!
Nice price hike of $4 on the cheese plate. Hmmmmm
I know, but at a glance, they may have upped the quality of the cheeses. Can’t really judge the new one until I try it, but the old version was a fantastic value!
“Guests can cheese from” is the greatest typo ever. Please don’t change it; it makes me inordinately happy.
Is the old space closed off?
Hahaha I can’t believe Matt didn’t call me out on that one when he read the article!!! I’ll leave it like that for you.
Yes, the old space is still closed off as of my visit.
