Where to Celebrate National Hamburger Month at WDW

May is National Hamburger Month! Let’s take a look as some of the places around the World to get a burger. Some may be the standard “Disney burger” with a little dolling up, but some will really surprise you! Take a look at this list and try to decide where you would want to visit to celebrate!

For burgers with a twist:

Disney’s Chocolate Dipped Strawberry

Do you ever want to feel like you’re sort of being healthy while on your Disney vacation? But then again, you still want to walk into a candy shop and order something covered in chocolate? Well, WDW has a treat for you! Look for the huge Chocolate Dipped Strawberries in the candy shops at the parks or at Goofy’s Candy Company or Candy Cauldron at Downtown Disney (and a few other locations around property). Some of these berries nearly fill the palm of my hand!

Walt Disney World’s Chicken Breast Nuggets

I know what you’re thinking. This menu item doesn’t seem very special. You can find them pretty much everywhere on property. But as a kid, like countless others, who seemingly pined for the processed junk, they still hold a special place for me. While I don’t recall how they were prepared at WDW when I was say, 10 years old, I have a feeling they’ve changed quite a bit since those days. While I’ve had a few “Buffalo” versions in somewhat recent times, it was time for me to go back to my roots, and revisit the as-close-to-original version in all of its nuggety glory. With fries, of course. ;)

Raspberry White Chocolate Cookie

Among the many cookies you can find in Walt Disney World bakeries (and prepackaged as Minnie’s Bake Shop), one that has stood out to me is the Raspberry White Chocolate Cookie. The pockets of the pinks and reds set it apart from the others, with large white chocolate pieces contrasted by milk chocolate.

Happy Valentine’s Day!

Today is Valentine’s Day, and although we don’t celebrate it, I know many of you do! What would your ideal Disney dining experience be on a day like today? Would you just take your significant other, or perhaps you family to celebrate? Would you visit the parks (including Disneyland), stick to Resorts, enjoy a cruise or take an Adventure by Disney?

Sure, there are the usual “romantic” suspects people like to visit, such as Victoria & Albert’s at the Grand Floridian and Napa Rose at the Grand Californian. Personally, I’d like to experience Remy on board the Disney Dream or Disney Fantasy again.
