Yehaa Bob performs (typically) Wednesday through Saturday at River Roost located at Port Orleans Riverside (be sure to check out his website for his schedule!). Matt and I are no strangers to Bob; he has a penchant for names, and when he recognizes you, he’ll call you out! Trust me. 
The first night of our trip, we popped in to visit Bob about 10 minutes before 10pm. Despite having been eating around World Showcase, we wanted to order something to snack on during the show. Unfortunately, we were informed River Roost’s kitchen had already shut down for the night. No nachos, buffalo chicken nuggets, or crawfish tails for us. Matt thought on his feet and went over to Riverside Mill to pick us up some food from their pizza window and returned with one of their (awful to me) cheese pizzas for himself and an order of their breadsticks for me.
