I’ve been wanting to give Chef Mickey’s Mickeyroni & Cheese a try for quite some time. Packaged Mac & Cheese isn’t something I typically buy, but while it was a favorite growing up (especially when Mom made her homemade variety), I rarely prepare it anymore. The pasta itself is in the shape of Mickey heads and gloves, some colored red with tomato and beet powder (so now does this count as a veggie, too?).
