Breakfast at Kouzzina

Kouzzina by Cat Cora at BoardWalk Inn is a restaurant at which I’ve only experienced breakfast. While I didn’t review my first visit (where I enjoyed Spinach, Tomato, and Feta Scrambled Eggs along with Sangria and Matt ordered sides and a Bloody Mary), I enjoyed it enough to return before heading to Epcot for the day. Wooden chairs and tables are adorned with no-fuss place settings and condiments.

I decided to order the Breakfast Skillet, which is served with eggs, Pequillo peppers, Nueske’s bacon (the same delicious bacon found at The Wave), onions, and Greek cheese on Sweet potato hash and topped with arugula ($13.99). When the dish came out, I couldn’t believe the size of it! there was easily enough here for two people.
