Spice & Tea Exchange’s Moroccan Spice Blend

One of my favorite foods is kefta, or any beef or lamb, in particular, seasoned with Moroccan spices. I usually make my own blend at home, but there’s always something lacking. I’m aware that I surprisingly don’t have sumac in my pantry, so I know I need to buy some. Spice & Tea Exchange sells a Moroccan Spice Blend for $4.89. It doesn’t incorporate sumac, and I have all the ingredients in my pantry, with the exception of one: olive salt. Spice & Tea exchange offers an impressive variety of flavored sea salt, olive being one of them (and might I add, their Ghost Pepper Sea Salt is AMAZING!).
