Not too long ago, I shared the new lounge menu at River Roost at Port Orleans Riverside. Apparently, it was only a matter of time that Tambu Lounge plussed its offerings! At the beginning of the month, the menu was pretty bare – good, but small:

Quite the improvement! Favorites, such as the Crisp Bread & Dips ($5.99) and Chicken Wings ($8.49) remain, with Honey-Coriander replacing Honey-Ginger, and a Spicy option.

During opening week of NCAA March Madness, Matt and I wanted to check out a relatively new sports bar at Gaylord Palms Resort & Convention Center, just east of WDW property. Our friend’s colleague had recently stayed at the resort, and told us it was worth checking out. He warned us it was a bit pricey, but we were anticipating that considering it’s a hotel and relatively self-confined; there’s no competition within walking distance.
When we first walked in, we spotted their HUGE wall-sized TV: two-story, 37′ to be exact. The screen can show 10 different programs at a time. The only downside to this was that, unless there’s a major game being played, they won’t turn on any audio. Instead, they blast music, and not the good stuff, mind you.
