Quick Service restaurants at Epcot are getting (and have received) some new dishes! The Disney Parks Blog announced some new items that are making their way into the park. As we reported and reviewed a couple weeks ago, Electric Umbrella in Future World has added a French Dip Burger, Sausage and Pepper Sandwich, and a Veggie Naan Wich, as well as a Chocolate Cupcake. Over in World Showcase, American Adventure’s Liberty Inn has added four new dishes. First up is the Red, White and Blue Salad, comprised of field greens, Ocean Spray craisins, pecans, apples and blue cheese topped with a sherry vinaigrette. I think that sounds like it would have been especially light and refreshing over the summer (but will do nicely during our mild falls as well)!

Their burger now adds a “Surf and Turf” component and features a 1/3-pound Angus burger topped with a house-made crab cake and tartar sauce. If you want to skip the “Turf,” you can order Maryland Crab Cakes with a side of Old Bay fries.
