The Themed Entertainment Association (TEA) announced their annual Thea Award winners on Tuesday, and among the recipients, Bistrot Chez Remy at Walt Disney Studios Park in Paris won the Award for Outstanding Achievement – Themed Restaurant. The restaurant features oversized objects to create furniture, decor, and architectural elements. Guests are therefore “shrunk” to the size of Remy in from the film Ratatouille.

Apart from Bistrot Chez Remy, “it’s a small world” at Disneyland and “Wilderness Explorers” at Animal Kingdom were TEA award recipients. On Wednesday night, the International Association of Amusement Parks and Associations (IAAPA) awarded their Brass Rings Awards for Live Entertainment Excellence, where “Once Upon a Time” (Tokyo Disney Resort) won Best Multimedia Spectacular. You can see additional information about the awards on the Disney Parks Blog.
