The Disney Parks Blog reports that there will be special menu items to be found at Disneyland Resort on New Year’s Eve. In Disneyland park, Blue Bayou Restaurant it serving a Pan-seared New York Strip Loin a la Oscar featuring Dungeness crab, Béarnaise and a chive-café au lait. Carnation Café will have a Sirloin with Shrimp, Mashed Potatoes, Broccoli, Sun-dried Tomato Butter and a Herb Beurre Blanc. Cafe Orlneas will feature Flat Iron Steak with Garlic Mashed Potatoes, Butternut Squash and Green Beans (below). If pork is your preference French Market Restaurant will serve a Roasted Pork Chop flavored with Calvados Applesauce, Braised Greens and Sweet Potato Soufflé. For a quick meal, Bengal Barbecue is offering a Jambalaya Skewer.
Those with a sweet tooth will want to visit Cafe Orleans for their Pecan Praline Yule Log (below). Stage Door Cafe is serving a chocolate funnel cake with peppermint.
California Adventure guests can head to Ariel’s Grotto for Herb-roasted Rack of Lamb with Potato Rosti, Vegetables, and Zinfandel Jus. Wine Country Trattoria is serving New York Strip Steak with Mashed Potatoes and Vegetables. You can find mulled wine at Alfresco Tasting Terrace, and while it sounds delicious with its “berry tones, hints of orange and aromatic seasoning spices,” you are not able to get it in a to-go cup. If you prefer Sparkling Wine visit Wine Country Trattoria, Mendocino Terrace, or Alfresco Tasting Terrace.
If you want to skip the parks themsleves, Storytellers Cafe at the Grand Californian is serving Rib-eye with Garlic Roasted Potatoes and Vegetables and a Chocolate Crème Brûlée.
