Pam Brandon has been busy working with the Disney Chefs to create the latest Disney cookbook, which is out now, called Kitchen Magic With Mickey. According to her post on the Disney Parks Blog, the book features 100 of some of the most requested recipes from the Disney parks and resorts, as well as the Disney Cruise Line. The price for the book was not mentioned in her article, and as of this posting, it was not available at DisneyStore.com.
A sampling of the recipes includes the Colette Champagne Cocktail from Remy, Smoked Buffalo from Victoria & Albert’s, Boo-Ya Chili from ESPN Club, and Cheesy Enchilada Soup from Fiddler, Fifer & Practical Café.
Pam notes that the book is divided into chapters, and the recipes have been tested in a home kitchen. Classics like Banana Bread French Toast, Scones, and Southern Shrimp and Grits are featured alongside new flavors, such as Haupia from Aulani Spiced Tandoori Tofu from Tusker House Restaurant.
