The Disney Parks Blog is reporting that a new ‘Cooking Safari With Mickey’ cookbook will debut this spring at Animal Kingdom. For the cookbook, Pam Brandon and chefs at Animal Kingdom and Animal Kingdom Lodge assembled a collection of recipes showcasing the cuisine of South Africa and India. There’s no note on the price as of this posting.
They also share a recipe for Spicy Durban-Style Chicken that is served at Sanaa at Animal Kingdom Lodge’s Kidani Village. This spicy dish features flavors such as jalapeño, chili powder, and cardamom.
