Easter is almost here, and several locations at Walt Disney World are getting into the spring spirit, according to the Disney Parks Blog.

The Magic Kingdom will be serving, through April 11, a Carrot Cake Cupcake with Cream Cheese Icing and a carrot piped on top, as well as a Vanilla Cupcake (above) with a Chocolate nest of Malted Milk Eggs. The White Chocolate Rabbit Cupcake (above) is from Cheshire Café.
At Epcot, Fountain View will feature a Chocolate Cupcake with Marshmallow Filling and Marshmallow-Buttercream Frosting through April 11, and Sunshine Seasons will offer it April 4-5.
The 3rd annual Disney’s Contemporary Resort Easter Egg Parade will be hosted at Chef Mickey’s at noon on March 31. The procession of pastry chefs starts in the restaurant, and their chocolate bunnies and decorated eggs are displayed through Easter near the restaurant. Contempo Cafe will feature the above cupcake, which is Carrot Cake with Pineapple-Coconut Filling, White Chocolate Buttercream Frosting, Toasted Coconut, Jelly Beans, and a bunny-shaped Macaron, from April 3-5.
At Animal Kingdom Lodge, Boma will have extended hours on Easter Sunday, April 5, from 7:30 a.m. until2 p.m. Guests will be able to make a take-home box of Chocolate Peanut Butter Eggs, Jelly Beans, Kisses, and Chocolate Miniatures. At Kidani Village, the Palace Library will be converted to “Library Lounge,” offering Sanaa appetizers and cocktails. It will be open from 4 p.m. until midnight, and these items are not on the Disney Dining Plan. At the Maji Pool Bar, a cookout will be offered from 11 a.m.-6 p.m. daily, weather permitting, from March 28-April 12. Items include Burgers, Veggie Burgers, Hot Dogs, Bratwurst and a Chicken Burger. These selections are on the Disney Dining Plan.
Over at the BoardWalk, the above Easter cupcake will be available from BoardWalk Bakery. It features Vanilla Cake with Raspberry Panna Cotta Filling, and is topped with a Coconut “nest” and Jelly Beans.
The 1900 Park Fare Brunch at the Grand Floridian Resort & Spa will be offered from 1-3 p.m. daily March 29-April 5 . This will feature food only and no characters.
