Happy Friday, everyone! I hope you all have had a great week and are ready for the weekend. I know I am. The BOATHOUSE at Disney Springs officially opened last week, so Matt and I stopped by to check it out for lunch. We also strayed from sandwiches and ordered wraps from Earl of Sandwich. We also got a caffeine fix sampling some of Joffrey’s Specialty Coffee Collection for Disney.

On the news front, Mother’s Day is fast approaching! Disneyland has some special offerings for the holiday, as do a couple restaurants over at the Walt Disney World Swan and Dolphin. Dockside Margaritas reopened yesterday at Disney Springs (Downtown Disney Marketplace), so we’re looking forward to seeing the new space and perhaps ordering a cocktail. Finally, Vanellope’s Sweets & Treats will be coming to the Disney Dream this fall.

Our friends have been up to some adventures as well!
