Happy Friday, everyone! We hope you’ve been having a great week and have a great holiday weekend in store. We have a pretty exciting one ourselves! This week was all about breakfast! We stopped by the Polynesian Resort Village and visiting Capt. Cook’s for their Breakfast Sandwich. We also enjoyed breakfast at Whispering Canyon Cafe.

On the news front, Chef Mickey’s will open for brunch staring May 31. The full list of special menu items for the Disneyland Diamond Celebration 24-Hour Event was released. New retail and dining was announced for Disney Springs. Some dining ideas for Magic Kingdom’s 24-Hour Party were presented. Finally, Extended hours at select Downtown Disney District restaurants for Disneyland Resort Diamond Celebration 24-Hour Event were announced.
