Disney’s PCH Grill, located at Paradise Pier Hotel at Disneyland Resort, is offering a new Beach Side Bonfire Dinner Buffet, according to the Disney Parks Blog. The experience is Disney’s take on the picnics, barbecues and bonfires that happen often at Pacific Coast Highway beaches. This nightly buffet begins July 17 and is inspired by the tastes of California’s coastline.
The carving station features dry-rubbed smoked tri-tip beef and baby back ribs. The seafood sauté station offers shrimp Alfredo with cavatappi pasta, as well as littleneck clams with chorizo and potatoes in broth, served with a roasted garlic-herb crostini. Wood-fired pizzas are also available, and you’ll also find a mini taco station featuring beer-battered sustainable fish and veggie tacos. Spice-rubbed pork shoulder and sides such a roasted potato salad, heirloom tomato-mozzarella salad, deviled eggs, and a build-your-own salad bar round out the buffet.
For the kids, they’ll find favorites such as a mac ‘n’ cheese bar, fried chicken, seasonal veggies, whole-roasted salmon, smashed potatoes, cheeseburger sliders, and mini hot dogs.
Dessert offers a s’mores bar and a build-your-own strawberry shortcake, ice cream cones filled with vanilla bean, passion fruit and strawberry mousse, wood-fired brioche fresh fruit pizza, seasonal berry crisp, a milk chocolate caramel tart with sea salt and bacon brittle. and haupia pudding with layers of coconut and mango.
As for specialty drinks, there’s a Party Wave Lemonade, peach and blood orange tea, and watermelon lemonade for an additional fee.
