  1. All I can say with certainty is that the portions and the quality of food will vary from day to day (indeed, from hour to hour) and that I sure as devil hope that the weather this autumn is unseasonably cooler than it usually is (I find it very difficult to enjoy some of these offerings when it’s terrifically hot).

  2. I agree with you on the weather! Opening weekend always seems insanely hot and humid. That doesn’t exactly make me want a hot or spicy dish. Typically when I go on the weekends, I get there for the 11am opening and am typically done by 1pm. That’s due to the heat, as well as the people whose are getting sloppy drunk.

  3. So sad to see the griddled cheese is not on the Greece menu. That was one of the best things we ate all day.

  4. I’m with you on timing. Although we’re vacationers and can enjoy quieter weekdays, we still do our Food & Wine touring from 11am to 1 or 2pm. That said, I think we’re skipping it for the second year in a row. I’m sure we would enjoy ourselves if we were there, but looking over the menus, I don’t feel like I’m going to miss much. See you guys for Flower & Garden 2016!

  5. Sarah – Me too. Even when it wasn’t prepared “on point” (sometimes it would come out amazing), it was still sooooo good!

Melissa – Sad that you won’t be down for F&W this year, but would love to spend some time with you guys at F&G (or wherever!)!
