Starting today, the Sci-Fi Dine-In Theater at Hollywood Studios is taking reservations for their new breakfast, according to the Disney Parks Blog. Breakfast will be served at the restaurant from 8:00 a.m. until 10:15 a.m beginning November 1 and reservations are available through January 23. The meal includes breakfast pastries, appetizer, entree, and non-alcoholic beverage for $23.99 for adults and $12.99 for guests ages 3-9.
The meal starts with a choice of appetizer of a Yogurt Parfait or Fresh Fruit. Entrees range from Puff Pastry filled with Scrambled Eggs, Crab, Asparagus, and Gruyere Cheese with Roasted Tomatoes and Avocado; Grilled Beef Tenderloin on Baby Spinach with Bacon and Cheddar Custard on a Roasted Tomato with Cheesy Horseradish Potatoes (above); Pan-seared Shrimp and Cheesy Grits; or a simple dish of Scrambled Eggs, Bacon, Sausage, and Breakfast Potatoes.
Those looking for lighter fare will find an Egg-white Omelet with Shiitake Mushrooms and Caramelized Onions with Roasted Garlic Fingerling Potatoes. Sweet fans will look forward to a Macadmia-crusted Brioche French Toast with Mascarpone and Fresh Berries (above).
Looking for the classics? You’ll want to grab the Mickey Waffle, which comes with a side of Bacon or Sausage. For the kids, they can order Scrambled Eggs with Sausage, Bacon and Potatoes; French Toast, or a Mini Mickey Waffle.
