2013 Epcot International Flower & Garden Festival: Taste of Marrakesh

The Taste of Marrakesh kiosk at Epcot’s International Flower & Garden Festival can be found on the right hand side of the Morocco pavilion while walking towards the Japan pavilion.


The menu features three food dishes as well as a few wines, Casa beer, and Mint Iced Tea. The items being served were ones I’d like to see during Food & Wine, especially since I’m always disappointed in Morocco’s offerings.


I was really excited to try the Spiced Lamb Kebab with Couscous Salad. Here, the lamb was a bit on the closer-to-well-done side and a bit tough, but it was flavorful and retained its slight gaminess. As with many preparations at these food festivals, the done-ness of the meat can vary.
